Taxes in Orangeville could be going up.
The proposed 2024 budget was discussed at yesterday’s Council meeting.
A tax increase of 4.5 percent was proposed…that would translate to approximately another 1 hundred and 45 dollars a year for the average property owner.
There are public meetings scheduled for December 4th and 5th in which Orangeville Council will discuss the proposed budget.
The plan is to have it approved by the end of the year.
