An Orangeville resident is celebrating after winning the lottery!

Lorne Wise of Orangeville has won a total of $66,997 on LOTTO 6/49, as well as an additional $1,099 — bringing his total winnings to $68,096!

Wise, who is an electrician, says he has played the numbers of family birthdays for about two years.

He says he plans to put this win toward his retirement.

The winning ticket was purchased at Daisy Mart on Alder Street in Orangeville.
