One person was sent to hospital after a collision south of Alliston.
Nottawasaga OPP were called to Tottenham Road between the 11th line and 12th line just before 10:00pm Wednesday night.
They say the driver of one of the vehicles was taken to a Toronto-area trauma centre in critical condition with life altering injuries.
Tottenham Road was closed between 11th line and 12th line for several hours for the investigation.
