Nottawasaga OPP say the human remains that were found in Adjala – Tosorontio have been identified as William Schernhammer.
Police say the remains were found by police on January 21st in the area of 25th Sideroad.
They say a post-mortem on January 25 confirmed they were that of the 24-year old Schernhammer.
According to police, Schernhammer hadn’t been seen since January 12th.
A cause of death hasn’t been released as their investigation remains ongoing.
