Caledon OPP will continue their investigation into a collision that claimed the life of one person and sent another to hospital with minor injuries.
Just before 5 o’clock yesterday morning, emergency crews responded to a three-vehicle collision on Mayfield Road, near Goreway Drive, involving two commercial vehicles and a passenger vehicle.
The driver of the passenger vehicle, a 27-year-old man from Brampton was pronounced dead at the scene.
That section of the road had to be closed for several hours while the OPP completed its initial investigation.
