Caledon OPP are looking into a fatal collision.
On Thursday, September 28th, emergency crews were called to Innis Lake Road near Finnerty Sideroad at about 9am.
Police say the driver of the only car involved was a 17-year old from Caledon who was taken to hospital where they later died.
Nobody else was in the car.
Investigators are asking anybody with information or dash cam footage to call them at 905-584-2241 or 1-888-310-1122.
