The annual Mount Forest Firework Festival is being staged this weekend with a variety of events and activities.

Among the events was the annual ” Get Yer Hillbilly On ” Ribfest inside & outside of the Mount Forest & District Sports Complex on Thursday night.

Township of Wellington North Mayor Andy Lennox was one of the judges for Ribfest and he spoke to Fred Wallace about the night and the positive impact the festival creates for the community.
