A husband has been charged after a single vehicle collision in The Blue Mountains.
January 26th just before 6am, police found a vehicle down an embankment on Arrowhead Road.
40 year old Ashley Schwalm of Collingwood was found inside the vehicle that had been on fire.
It’s not known if she died from the collision, the fire or had died before the vehicle went off the road.
Her husband, 38 year old James Schwalm has been charged with second degree murder and indignity to a body.
Schwalm was a former Captain of the Brampton Fire Service.
