Dufferin-Caledon MPP Sylvia Jones has a new role in cabinet.
Jones has been appointed the Deputy Premier and Health Minister position as Ontario Premier Doug Ford announced his cabinet today, and was sworn in.
Stephen Lecce is returning as Minister of Education and Peter Bethelenfalvy will remain as Minister of Finance, and Minister of Transportation is still Caroline Mulroney.
Labour Minister is Monte McNaughton, Municipal Affairs and Housing Minister is Steve Clark, Vic Fedeli has hung on to Economic Development and Doug Downey will be Attorney General again.
Some new faces in cabinet include Ford’s nephew Michael Ford, who is named Minister of Citizenship and Multiculturalism, Michael Kerzner MPP for York Centre as Solicitor General, and Neil Lumsden of Hamilton East-Stoney Creek named as Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport.
