GoFundMe Set Up for Local Restaurant

Orangeville’s Mayor is trying to help a local business who was the victim of theft.

Recently, the Nifty Nook Restaurant on Highway 10 in Mono had several propane outdoor patio heaters stolen

Sandy Brown says the restaurant has always been good to the community and during the pandemic have gone above and beyond to help others.

He has set up a GoFundMe to try and raise money to help them back.

Now the owner of the restaurant will need to spend money to replace the heaters, at a time when times are tough for everyone.

So far the GoFundMe has raised a few hundred dollars.
