The Mansfield Ski Club is launching a property management branch that will bring some residential units to the site.
The wholly owned subsidiary Mansfield Property Management is designed to provide outdoor enthusiasts with unique on-property residences.
Officials say the demand for four-season accomodation in the Mulmur area is very strong, and this will fulfill that need.
The Chalets at Mansfield Ski Club – as they will be called – consists of 12 stacked townhomes that will be offered first to ski club members on a first come, first served basis.
The two-bedroom, chalet-style suites are priced ranging from the mid to high $400,000s.
Construction will start in spring 2021 for occupancy next November.
