Following a shelter-in-place order that was issued Friday night, Bracebridge OPP are now asking for the public’s help in finding a wanted person in connection with a death and arson.
On Friday evening just after 8 pm, police responded to gunfire at a residence on Beatrice Town Line Road. Upon their arrival, officers found a dead man, and found the residence fully engulfed in flames.
OPP now says that 29-year-old Mitchell Gray is wanted for murder. He’s described as a white male, around 5’8″ tall, with light brown hair and facial hair. He is not believed to pose an immediate threat to public safety.
The shelter-in-place order was lifted before 2 am on Saturday morning.
