Police have charged a driver after failing to remain at a collision.
Nottawasaga OPP were called to the 5th Line in Essa at around 1am on June 11th.
They say they found a vehicle in the ditch but nobody around when they first got there.
Eventually two people returned to the vehicle and met with officers.
It was determined that the driver was impaired and so they were arrested.
The 54-year old from Innisfil was charged with impaired driving and failing to remain.
