The elementary school in Shelburne will have a new principal this fall.

A release from the Upper Grand District School Board outlined a number of changes to staffing for September.

One of those changes will see Tammy Fleming move from Principal of Centennial Hylands ES to the same role at Hyland Heights ES.

That means Sean Singh will move from Hyland Heights to Ross R. MacKay Public School.

To fill the vacancy at Centennial Hylands ES, Athena Flak from the VP position at Parkinson Centennial PS.

Meanwhile, Shawn Henderson is moving from Ross R. MacKay PS to Mono Amaranth PS.

Also, Julie Todd from VP at Princess Elizabeth PS up to the Principal role.

In total there were nine Elementary Principal Transfers and six Elementary Principal Appointments.

There were also a number of Vice-Principal Transfers and Appointments as well as some secondary role changes.
