Two Caledon OPP officers have been hurt in separate crashes.
On Thursday evening (7:50 pm), as an officer was responding to a call for service, the cruiser collided with a tractor trailer in the area of George Bolton Parkway and Coleraine Drive.
The officer sustained non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
The truck driver wasn’t hurt.
While securing the scene, another police cruiser was hit by vehicle.
The officer was taken to a nearby hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the other vehicle was no hurt.
The investigation is ongoing.
