Impaired Drivers Stopped in Caledon

Over the weekend two impaired drivers, one by drugs, other other alcohol, were taken off the roads by OPP.

Caledon OPP have charged two drivers with being impaired while behind the wheel.

Friday February 7th,  just before 8:30 am, officers were called about a vehicle that went into a drive thru extremely slowly at Highway 10 and Charleston Sideroad.

They say the vehicle hit the curb and had significant damage to the bumper.

An 18 year old man from Caledon was charged with being impaired by drugs, and possession of cocaine.

Sunday February 9th around 5:30 pm, police were called about an erratic driver in Caledon Village.

A 58 year old from Burlington was arrested and charged with being impaired by alcohol.
